Keith provides marketing support and sake education to Masumi clients across the globe. In addition to countless trainings for restaurant staff and owners, he has conducted sake seminars at such venues as the Japan Sommelier Association, the National University of Singapore, Hong Kong’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management, the Culinary Institute of America, Vinexpo Bordeaux, and Prowein Dusseldorf.
Keith will offer a producer’s perspective on today’s sake market, and on how that market is being shaped by forces both inside and outside of Japan. He will then guide a tasting of two sakes that represent recent trends in the market.
